Hospital doctors not qualified IT IS OFFICIAL

SO it is true then than doctors working in the hospital are not qualified, but the Director of the hospital said a couple of weeks ago there were none.  Could we ask the Director of Primary Care Dr Hipolito Caro to give us a list of all doctors working in Primary Care with their qualifications?  If Doctors are found to be unqualified, should he resign?
