San Miguel Crowns its Queen !

The fiestas in San Miguel de Salinas started in earnest last weekend with the neighbours supper on Friday night followed by the coronation of San Miguel's two queens on Saturday night. The Infantil Queen this year, like last year, is British born. Six year old Lily Clarke was elected during the town's August fair and eagled eyed readers will spot that she has the same surname as me and so you'd be right in guessing that we're related!
